Before any new connection is livened you must have a contract with an energy retailer (who you pay your bill to) for an electricity supply.
Any official planned outage notifications are sent to you directly from your electricity retailer. Information on planned outages is available on our outages page.
To update any contact details, customers must do directly with their retailer.
