Holiday Operating Hours 2024-2024

We’re taking a break, and we hope you are too.
There are no planned power outages scheduled on the Aurora Energy electricity network between 23 December 2024 and 5 January 2025.
The Aurora Energy offices will close at midday on 24 December 2024 and open on 6 January 2025. You can still contact our 24/7 emergency response service throughout the holiday period on 0800 22 00 05.
The [email protected] email will not be monitored during this period and emails will be responded to when the office reopens on Monday 6 January 2024.
