Aurora Energy has contractual arrangements with Service Providers and Approved Contractors to perform asset replacement and network growth projects, alongside regular maintenance of existing network assets.
In addition to this, many Service Providers and Approved Contractors perform Customer Initiated Works – work on the network that is a result of a customer request (such as a new connection).
Here's a list of the contractors who have been certified and approved to carry out the following types of work on the Aurora Energy network:
- Residential and commercial connections/disconnections: Connecting or disconnecting houses, farms or commercial properties to the Aurora Energy network.
- Subdivisions: Design and installing power for new subdivisions
- Large commercial and industrial properties: Power supply for new or upgraded buildings and developments
- Streetlights: Connecting new streetlights or altering streetlights.
