We have looked at how Aurora Energy’s customers are impacted by extended unplanned outages compared with other lines companies in NZ and are pleased to say that our customers are less impacted by extended unplanned outages than the average NZ electricity customer.
The table below shows that in the past five years, Aurora Energy’s proportion of unplanned power outages lasting more than three hours has been below the national average, and over this timeframe Aurora Energy has ranked between 4th and 11th ‘best’ of 29 lines companies.
